Delivery Day!

I just got back from my Title Boxing class where I got my ass whooped. Thank you, Marisa at Title!

I honestly haven't meal prepped for the week yet, and the last thing I wanted to do was make a super fancy lunch. And of course, all I had in my fridge were super fancy ingredients. Because I am super fancy.

But as I walked in the door, my doorman told me I had some packages. Yay! Just in time, I got my Thrive Market delivery. Do you know what Thrive Market is? If not, please educate yourselves immediately! And sign up! Thrive sells amazing, nutritious and specialty grocery items at wholesale price. You pay for an annual membership at a low cost -- and that low cost goes towards helping low-income families with their free Thrive memberships. One of the coolest parts about this website, is that you can shop by your lifestyle diet. There are several categories such as vegan, gluten-free, paleo, etc. Obviously I go straight to the paleo section. Paleo Pride!

Now I want to gush over Julian Bakery for a minute. You see that yellow square on my plate? That's the most delicious paleo wrap ever (made by Julian Bakery!). Today I used the turmeric flavor -- hence the yellow hue. I had only had the original flavor up until today. I usually have the original flavor for breakfast with eggs, [paleo] cheese, and turkey bacon. It's official -- I love them both!

I've tried other paleo wrap brands before and the one issue I kept running into is that they didn't hold together well. Not these bad boys! Considering the paleo-ness, they hold together great!

My super simple, paleo, delicious lunch consisted of:
1 Julian Bakery Paleo Wrap w/ Turmeric
1 can Wild Planet Wild Albacore Tuna
1 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
1/4 avocado
Small handful of greens

It took 2 seconds to whip up and has all of the fuel I need for the rest of the day.

Oh I'm not done -- I also love Julian Bakery's pancake/waffle mix (better than ANY pancakes), pizza crust, crackers, etc. You will see me use a ton of their products on this blog.

Watch out for my paleo pizza post -- as I will be using their crust tonight!
